Jane Dees Richardson

Jane has twenty seven years of advertising sales experience. Prior to starting Ad Marketing Group, Jane held executive level positions with national publications. Her work included sales for a special niche division of Times Mirror, Inc. where she started as a sales representative for National Journal, Government Executive, and Military Forum. Jane was promoted to National Sales Manager of those publications. Her background also includes work with computer titles published by Ziff-Davis as well as work with several smaller independent and association publishers.

This experience exposed Jane to many different markets and industries including selling for media in both the B2B and consumer arenas. The breadth of Jane’s work gave her the knowledge and background to branch out on her own. Since starting Ad Marketing Group in 1994 Jane has worked with non-profit associations as well as consumer publishers such as Parents Magazine. She has established relationships with companies of all sizes — FORTUNE 500 companies and their ad agencies as well as mid to small size companies and their ad agencies. Her advertisers trust Jane and the work she has done for them over the years and they seek advice from her when developing annual media plans.

Jane has earned a reputation as an expert in association media sales.

Jane attended the University of Denver, where she received a B.S.B.A / Marketing, in 1984
